As reported by TorrentFreak, the Alliance for Creativity & Entertainment (ACE) along with the Motion Pictures Association (MPA) are investigating dozens more streaming sites and IPTV services.

In recent weeks, both of these copyright authority groups have obtained new DMCA subpoenas requiring Cloudflare and Tonic to hand over the personal information of the individuals behind these streaming operations.

ACE and the MPA are alleging that these streaming sites and IPTV services are infringing member studios’ rights in several movies.

Below is one of the statements found within the DMCA subpoena document:

“The subpoena requires that you provide information concerning the individuals offering infringing material described in the attached notice. As is stated in the attached subpoena, you are required to disclose to the Motion Picture Association, Inc. (on behalf of the ACE Members) information sufficient to identify the infringers. This would include the individuals’ names, physical addresses, IP addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, payment information, account updates, and account history.”
