Xtream Codes IPTV Panel Claims Courts Rule Them Completely Legal
Xtream Codes claims that an Italian court has ruled the IPTV Panel software is completely legal.

Xtream Codes is an IPTV Panel management system that provided clients with a simplified way to manage their customer base.
However, Naples police forces claimed the panel system illegal and therefore shut down all operations of the service.
This resulted in thousands of end-users who lost access to their provider when it was abruptly taken down.
However, in a recent blog post by Xtream Codes, they are claiming their innocence and have a court ruling to back it up.

As stated in the blog post, the company alleges the court of Naples ruled Xtream Codes:
“CAN IN NO WAY BE ALLEGED ILLEGAL AND THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT MAKES ONE THINK OTHERWISE…”
Since the forced shut down of the company in 2019, there have been numerous “replacements” for the service that used a similar name.
Xtream Codes claims they have no association with these copycats including Xtream UI:
“XTREAM-CODES HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH XTREAM UI OR ANY OTHER COMPANY OR PRIVATE ENTITY THAT ILLEGALLY USES THE XTREAM CODES NAME OR SOFTWARE.”
Italian authorities seized all of Xtream’s assets during the company’s shut down including all revenue the platform made from 2015 to 2019.
However, after the latest judgment from an Italian court, this has since been returned.
“All of the revenue of Xtream Codes Ltd from 2015 to 2019, which was seized in 2020, HAS BEEN DEEMED LAWFUL BY THE COURT OF NAPLES AND WAS THEREFORE RELEASED.”
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Italian authorities pursue legal action against IPTV and IPTV Providers.
